Terms & Conditions relating to the Raffle

General Conditions:

Tickets must not be sold by or to any person under the age of 16.
|

·

The Draw will take place at 7.30pm on November 26th 2009 at a venue to be announced. If the date has to be changed for any reason, the alternative arrangements will be advised on this website.

·
|
Winners will be notified at the contact details given on their ticket stub.
|
|
·
|
It is the responsibility of the selling organisation to ensure that ticket stubs are returned to their Rotary contact by the specified date .
|
|
·
|

First Prize:

One Thousand Five Hundred Pounds payable by cheque. The winner will be contacted to obtain Payee and address details.

Second Prize:

One Thousand Pounds payable by cheque. The winner will be contacted to obtain Payee and address details.

Third Prize:

There is no cash alternative and no ‘refund’ is available if the holiday is not taken for any reason.
